Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026
Oxford Adult Day Center (“we”, “us”, “our”) runs the adult day program described on this website. This policy explains what information we collect through oxfordadultdaycenter.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.
The information you choose to give us
If you fill in the inquiry form on this site, we receive what you type into it:
- your first and last name;
- your phone number;
- your email address, if you choose to give one (it is optional);
- who the inquiry is for (yourself, a parent, a spouse, someone else);
- what you would like help with, and anything you write in the message box.
Please do not send us medical information through this form. The inquiry form is not a secure medical channel. Please do not include diagnoses, medications, care records, or other health details. Tell us only your situation, your questions, or your funding concerns — and we will take the rest of the conversation offline, where it belongs.
Information collected automatically
Like almost every website, our web server keeps standard technical logs — your IP address, your browser type, and the date and time of each request. These are used to keep the site running and secure.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics on this site. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not track you across other websites.
How we use what you send us
Only to respond to you: to return your call or email, answer your questions, arrange a visit or tour, and talk through funding options. We do not use your details for marketing lists, and we do not use them for any purpose you did not contact us about.
Where it is stored, and who can see it
Inquiries submitted through this site are stored on our website server, located in the United States. Access is limited to Oxford Adult Day Center staff who need it in order to reply to you, and to the administrator who maintains this website.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We share it only with the people at Oxford Adult Day Center who need it to respond to you, or where we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep a reasonable record of our correspondence. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call us at 860-327-6224 and we will take care of it. You are never required to use the form — you are always welcome to simply pick up the phone.
Other services this site touches
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so Google's servers may receive your IP address as part of delivering those font files. Where we link out to a map or another website, that site's own privacy policy applies once you leave ours.
Children
This website is intended for adults and their families. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
